We are seeking a dynamic SW Quality Management Engineer to join our team. In this role, we will need your help with some internal quality audit (Automotive, ISO 26262, ASPICE) and answering interface with customer. Responsibilities:

Under the responsibility of Quality Director, you will be integrated in an Team and your tasks will be to:

  • Carry out the continual improvement of the QMS and maintaining certification ISO 9001
  • Conduct quality assurance process and work product audits
  • Work closely with development and product management to balance safety, quality, and commercial requirements for customers in the automotive, industrial, medical, and other industries.
  • Contribute to the testing strategy.
  • Conduct Functional Safety Audits and Confirmation Reviews for software safety projects.
  • Support SW development teams relative to quality and the product life-cycle model.
  • Collaborate with the Safety Manager to ensure the QMS supports functional safety certification activities for ISO 26262, IEC 61508 or other safety related standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Software developer, with a specific focus on QMS compliance: ISO 9001 or similar Quality Management System standards (mandatory) ISO 26262 IEC 61508 ISO 21434 SEI – CMMI IEC 62304 DO-178C SPICE ISO/IEC 15504 and/or Automotive SPICE
  • Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) experience. Provisional or competent assessor is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with internal teams.
  • Experience with Management System auditing, preferably with ISO 9001
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with software quality management systems, quality control methodologies and tools
