WE ARE SEEKING A SWAN NURSE TO TRAVEL THROUGHOUT OUR TRANSITIONAL CARE UNITS IN GTA DURHAM AND NSM.

Job Qualification

QUALIFICATIONS YOU CURRENTLY HAVE:

  • Completed CNA-accredited Skin Wellness Associate Nurse course
  • Registered Practical Nurse who graduated from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Registered as a member in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
  • Two years of previous experience in the development of wound care management programs in a hospital or community setting
  • Previous visiting nursing experience will be considered an asset
  • Updated immunization records, clear criminal background check, and vulnerable sector check upon hire
  • Current CPR certification required
