Description:
Responsibilities:
- As a technical expert: knowledge of SWIFT formats and messaging flows, management of application environments, techniques and infrastructure, tools around the technical support of applications in production
- Perform tasks related to the production environments of all areas relating to the SWIFT and SIC/EUROSIC networks, including in particular application management, monitoring and 3rd level support.
- Plan releases and release or format changes
- Ensure Azqore’s compliance with SIP SWIFT every year
- Provide level 3 support for production applications (GTExchange, SAG, SNL, SIC, GTMatch, GTData, GTFrame, Voting, Ullink)
- Diagnose and resolve malfunctions
