POSITION SUMMARY:
This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Swim Instructors are responsible for the delivery of quality Aquatics programs, including appropriate swimming instruction for individuals and groups, to YMCA members and community members at the Wenatchee Valley YMCA in accordance with established YMCA policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
- The Swim Instructor performs their work in and around natatoriums at the Wenatchee Valley YMCA.The Swim Instructor must be able to remain alert under conditions of high heat and humidity
