POSITION OVERVIEW:
As the first point of contact for many of our guests, the Switchboard Assistant plays a critical role in upholding The Westbury’s reputation for excellence. This role involves handling all incoming calls, managing guest inquiries, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the highest standards of hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Professional Call Handling: Answer and direct all incoming calls with poise and precision.
Guest Support: Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
Interdepartmental Coordination: Facilitate clear communication with front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and other departments to meet guest needs seamlessly.
Administrative Duties: Handle essential administrative tasks, including managing messages, wake-up calls, and reservations.
