SPECIALITY:

We are looking for two Change Management officers on a fixed term basis for a 2-year period.
These roles will provide Council wide, corporate support, for the implementation of the ‘Sustainable Merthyr’ Transformation Plan, promoting improvements in efficiency, effectiveness and value for money. This as an integral part of the whole transformation approach of the Council. The roles encompass all aspects of service collaborative working to effect radical and lasting improvement.
Do you have experience in project management? Do you have good attention to detail? Are you inquisitive and always looking for new ways of doing things?
This is a great opportunity to have a seconded period to help with the ‘Sustainable Merthyr’ Transformation plans.

All new applicants are required to complete a 10 hour online Welsh Work Course.
