Let’s talk about you!
- ServiceNow Certification (Certified System Administrator preferred)
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration
- Technical skills, including:
- Administration of CSM/ITSM modules (Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
- Basic scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS)
- Understanding of ITIL processes
- Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and Flow Designer
- Experience with reporting and dashboards

- Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and procedures.
