Let’s talk about you!

  • ServiceNow Certification (Certified System Administrator preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration
  • Technical skills, including:
  • Administration of CSM/ITSM modules (Case, Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog)
  • Basic scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide, HTML, CSS)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
  • Familiarity with integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and Flow Designer
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards

As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will play a critical role during both the implementation and post-implementation phases by providing strategic support, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the platform’s continuous improvement and alignment with our business objectives.   • Manage incidents, problems, and service requests within ServiceNow.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, and platform logic to meet our needs.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to ServiceNow.
  • Work with development teams to integrate ServiceNow with other tools.
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of system changes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Manage ServiceNow environments, including planning deployments.
