REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ years of experience in maintaining an environment with 20+ computers.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Mac OS and Linux.
• Basic knowledge of network technologies (AD, DNS, DHCP, NAT, VPN, FTP, proxy, TCP/IP, STP, VLAN, group policies).
• Administration skills for Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019.
• Excellent understanding of computer hardware.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technologies and products.
• English-level skills (spoken and written) at upper-intermediate level and above.
• Good communication skills: ability to communicate effectively with internal customers.
• Ability to take initiative, work well in a team, and multitask effectively.

• Supporting the continuous operation and high availability of local IT infrastructure.
• Manage critical IT systems, including Office 365 and Teams.
• Provide user access to various IT systems.
• Maintain licenses and admin accounts for software and IT systems.
• Setting up accounts and workstations.
• Helpdesk: Supporting users with their issues, problems, and questions.
• Troubleshooting issues and outages.
• Upgrading and patching systems with new releases.
• Keeping technical documentation up to date.
• Following the company’s security and compliance policies and procedures.
