  • Diploma and experience in Information Technology.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Intune management.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Meraki networks.
  • Good problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
  • Cybersecurity is at the center of your concerns.
  • Outstanding customer approach: excellent listening, patience, clear communication.
  • Reliable, rigorous, dynamic person, who promotes teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in French and English, orally and in writing.

Here are the challenges that await you:

  • Ensure the performance, stability and security of the various IT systems by rigorously performing the required actions according to the established frequency.
  • Rigorously process level 3 support requests; provide solutions to adequately resolve the current issue; document requests and transfer knowledge to the support team as needed.
  • Complete projects within deadlines and fostering good collaboration among various stakeholders.
  • Write or review processes, operational procedures and system configurations to ensure they are complete and effective.
  • Keep your technology knowledge up to date and make appropriate recommendations based on industry best practices.

Here are some systems used: Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure, Meraki, Zoho Site 24x7, Epicor, Workday, EDI, Moneris, Service Desk Plus, Telus Business Connect et Contact Center.
