The headquarters are based in Leuven, Belgium, but icometrix already has a US team present.
Our customers include hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. The icobrain solutions for people with multiple sclerosis, Alzheimer’s disease & other forms of dementia, stroke, brain trauma, and epilepsy, are already impacting clinical care decisions in many hospitals worldwide. Recently, based on the submitted evidence by icometrix, a new CPT III reimbursement code was issued by the AMA in the US, which is driving adoption of icobrain as the standard of care significantly.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• No degree required
• Knowledge of the following topics:
• Linux
• Cybersecurity concepts
• Scripting in bash or python
• Networking
• Strong willingness to learn and broad interest in IT
• Good communication, with the ability to effectively discuss technical topics with both technical and non-technical audiences (project managers, quality, developers, etc)
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
• English fluency
• Fit with our values and culture
• You like working in a multicultural and diverse team (we have people from many nationalities and backgrounds)

NICE-TO-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

• Degree or certification in IT Operations / Programming / Computer Science / …
• Proven experience in a System Administrator role or IT Support role
• Knowledge of GDPR
• Knowledge of DevOps tools like Terraform, Ansible, …
• Dutch speaker

• Manage and maintain Server instances
• Manage and maintain employee computers (Macbooks) using our MDM Solution (Mosyle)
• Support employees with IT-related questions
• Assist in answering technical support questions from customers
• Help ensuring our adherence to the ISO27001 IT Security standard. This includes tasks like performing data recovery tests, performing software validation, etc
