Łódź based opportunity with hybrid work model (2 days in the office/month)
As a System Administrator, you will be working for our client, one of the top financial institutions. In this role, you will manage and maintain critical systems and infrastructure that support the client’s financial operations. This includes working with system software, hardware, databases, and storage area networks (SAN). Your work will directly impact the reliability and performance of the financial applications used by the institution, ensuring that the systems run smoothly and efficiently.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: MANAGE AND MAINTAIN SYSTEM SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE

• Monitor and optimize operating systems and databases
• Ensure the security and availability of SANs
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues
• Collaborate with teams to implement system upgrades and patches
• Support and maintain financial applications
• Document system configurations and changes
• Provide technical support to users and other IT staff

YOU’RE IDEAL FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
• At least 2 years of experience as a System Administrator
• Strong knowledge of system software and hardware tools
• Experience with operating systems, databases, and SANs
• Basic proficiency in English
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stress effectively
