Description:
Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day-to-day operations perform as they should, I.T, networks, systems and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don’t have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected.
We are looking to hire a full time System Administrator to join our team on-site in either of our Dublin, Cork or Galway offices. This role involves specific night shift work including weekends. It may on occasion involve a number of day shifts (including initial training) therefore a flexible approach is desirable.
The Role: System Administrator (Night Shift)
Location: Dublin, Cork or Galway (On-site)
Responsibilities:
Provision of dedicated IT support to our customers.
You will need to troubleshoot and diagnose any potential issues across a variety of hardware and systems, escalating to a senior engineer or vendor support when appropriate.
Deliver support on issues of varying complexity across the various sites.
Set up and maintenance of new users within the client sites.
Partnering with the Account Manager to identify improvement projects and ensure the provision of an outstanding service.
Understand all compliance requirements on the different customer sites.
Be cognisant of operational security identifying changes to reduce risk along the way.
As you will be the customers first point of contact with Nostra you must be customer focused, enthusiastic, ambitious and solution focused.
You should be able to prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
