Job Description

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR!

Are you a highly skilled System Administrator with a passion for managing cutting-edge IT environments? We are seeking a talented individual to take charge of our Matrix42 Empirum environment and help drive our IT infrastructure to new heights.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Completed university studies in IT or a related field with relevant professional experience.
  • Experience: Several years of experience with Matrix42 Empirum.

SKILLS:

  • High communication skills, self-motivated, independent, customer-oriented, and confident.
  • Cross-architecture knowledge in Windows environments.
  • Basic ITSM knowledge (ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage).
  • Project management skills, either as a team member or project manager.
  • Proficiency in automating tasks using Microsoft PowerShell.
  • Knowledge in managing Apple devices.
  • Experience with trouble ticket systems (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Solid network knowledge (TCP/IP, Ethernet, DNS).
  • German Proficiency: Knowledge of German at B2-C1 level is required.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Mobile Device Management, Microsoft Defender.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and certification.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information

Responsibilities:

  • Matrix42 Empirum Management: Setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
  • Patch Management & Packaging: Ensure all systems are up-to-date and secure.
  • Device Policy Implementation: Adjust and implement device policies for optimal performance.
  • 2nd-Level Support: Provide expert support for management solutions and assist service desk and desktop support teams.
  • IT Projects: Participate in and contribute to IT projects affecting workplace environments.
  • Device Compliance: Implement and monitor device compliance profiles.
  • Workplace Decisions: Engage in decision-making regarding workplace devices, processes, and policies.
