EUM, part of the TWK Group, has the following vacancy available: System Administrator at Pretoria, Gauteng.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide technical support and training to staff and customers
• Collaborate with the IT team to plan and execute system improvements
• Data comparisons, investigating and resolving error reports
• User and system setup
• Liaison with clients on system queries
• Exporting and sending data to relevant parties

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of system administration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) are a plus
• NQF5 will be advantageous
