JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly capable System Administrator to manage and ensure the efficient operation of our internal systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing system configurations, managing access rights, providing general IT support, and driving automation initiatives. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain internal systems including HubSpot, Acumatica, Office 365, Azure AD (Entra), Freshdesk, and other systems as they are integrated.
  • Perform system configurations to tailor software solutions to meet business needs.
  • Handle access management tasks, ensuring secure and appropriate access rights for users across various platforms
  • Enforce security policies to safeguard information assets.
  • Provide general IT support to staff, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner, including desktop administration.
  • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive system procedures, ensuring they are accessible and understandable for all relevant stakeholders.
  • Enforce best practices in system usage to maintain high standards of security and efficiency.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of system data and procedures to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on proper system usage and adherence to documented procedures.
  • Develop, implement and maintain automation workflows using no-code tools like Make.com, Hubspot Workflow and others to streamline processes and increase efficiency.
  • Write and maintain scripts in PowerShell for task automation and system management.
  • Deploy new development and testing environments with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand IT requirements and deliver solutions that enhance productivity.
  • Stay abreast of the latest in software updates and IT best practices to suggest and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of system administration and IT support principles.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems, particularly HubSpot and Acumatica.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and support.
  • Proficiency in no-code automation tools like Make.com and scripting languages such as PowerShell.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of information security frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) an asset.
  • Experience with AWS and Azure an asset.
