Description:

Summary
The IT сompany Andersen invites a System Analyst to work on a FinTech project.
The customer has been operating in Kazakhstan’s financial market since 1992 and is represented by more than 130 branches across Kazakhstan. It offers its clients – both individuals and legal entities – a full range of banking services, including the opening and servicing of current accounts, payment cards, lending, deposits, and money transfers.
The project is focused on providing a range of credit optimization services for businesses, and individual entrepreneurs. The mobile application, available for both iOS and Android, and the web-based application offers services such as credit, online lending, microloans, and plans to add overdraft facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and analyzing requirements, interacting with bank departments.
  • Preparing documentation.
  • Building architecture and interaction schemes.
  • Modeling and designing systems to ensure integration interaction of systems and platforms.
  • Writing technical specifications for developers.
  • Creating data structures, describing data processing algorithms.
  • Preparing documentation according to the production process; coordinating documentation with stakeholders.
  • Working on integration with banking master systems (Way4, Colvir).
  • Participating in testing the functionality developed by the team.
  • Analyzing system performance data to propose improvements and optimizations.

Requirements

  • Experience as a System Analyst for 3+ years.
  • Understanding of banking business processes, especially credit processes.
  • Experience in designing and describing APIs.
  • Experience in mobile application development.
  • Knowledge of documentation and requirements modeling approaches (User Story, Acceptance Criteria, Use Case).
  • Knowledge of working with requirements in agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Knowledge of process modeling notations (BPMN, UML, EPC, or any other).
  • Experience using collaborative work systems (JIRA, Confluence is preferred).
  • Experience in gathering and formalizing customer requirements.
  • Experience in writing technical specifications for software and web services development.
  • Experience in developing systems with integrations.
  • Experience in preparing user documentation.
  • Understanding of software lifecycle models: waterfall, iterative, spiral.
  • Understanding of working with SQL (ability to write queries with groupings and joins, calculated fields in queries).
  • Level of English – from Elementary and above.
