Responsibilities
Lead System Analyst - Cards Issuing SA is responsible for the requirement analysis, effort estimation, application solution design for Cards core issuing application and related online and batch interfaces. The System Analyst Application role specializes in planning and designing software systems (e.g., middleware, legacy, mainframe) and applications. SA reviews codes and test strategies, reviews requirements and documents requirements/solution traceability, working with architects, application developers, functional BA, product/project managers, and end-users in the development and enhancement of applications.

System Analyst for new cards business launch responsible for Cards Authorization, Collections and Settlement functions.

• Analyse business requirements and provide functional solution to business requirements for credit card, debit card and unsecured lending ( like EPP, balance transfer), Collection and settlement functions
• Work with business and operations users as well as application development team for functional design / solutions
• Guide users in cards parameter setup for new business (new Org, product, pricing and all the applicable parameters).
• Guide users in the end to end reconciliation process
• Prepare functional solution document
• Support system integration, user acceptance and performance testing – work closely with testing team, interface partners (including Card scheme) and business users to ensure coverage of critical and important functions.
• Work closely with Application Development Team and conducts review of detailed technical design and critical codes.

Requirements

• Solid experience in a lead capacity in at least two of the following functions for a credit card business:

o Authorization
o Settlement

o Collections

• Detailed and High level estimation scope in previous roles
• Cross-functional domain knowledge in credit card systems

• Analyse business requirements and provide functional solution to business requirements for credit card, debit card and unsecured lending ( like EPP, balance transfer), Collection and settlement functions
• Work with business and operations users as well as application development team for functional design / solutions
• Guide users in cards parameter setup for new business (new Org, product, pricing and all the applicable parameters).
