Description:
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Systems Analyst to support and enhance our post-secondary education systems. In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their specific needs and help optimize their systems for improved efficiency and effectiveness. You will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and supporting education-related software applications, while also identifying opportunities for system enhancements.
Your duties will include gathering and analyzing user requirements, performing system testing, and collaborating with technical teams to implement solutions. You will act as a liaison between end-users and the IT department, ensuring that the system meets the educational institution’s evolving needs. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities to provide both proactive and reactive support to our customers.
