ABOUT YOU: SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Project management skills: efficiently leads execution of systems initiatives
  • Systems Controls experience: capable of acting as a responsible custodian for relevant systems
  • Understands upstream business operations and systems for Global Gas and/or Commercial organisations
  • Outstanding analytical and technical skills
  • Makes sound decisions in order to improve processes
  • Creative and takes initiatives
  • Strong issue diagnosis and resolution skills
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Language Skills: Fluent English

Responsibilities:

WHAT ROLE WILL YOU PLAY IN OUR TEAM

  • Member of one or more cross-functional teams with the scope of maximizing efficiency of U/S systems` usage and enables to meet controls requirements
  • Partners with the Business and EMIT to develop expertise and meet business objectives

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Focal point for access to U/S systems
  • Focal point for master data maintenance in supported systems
  • Provides LODC support for supported groups, knowledgeable about user access questions
  • Builds collaboration tools
  • Recognized as an expert in his field in terms of business knowledge, process/controls requirements, system expertize
  • Coordinates and participates in system testing
  • Effectively collaborates with Global Gas Operations and Commercial / business line / EMIT support groups
  • Looks for ways to increase effectiveness and efficiency (eliminate, simplify, automate, standardize where appropriate)
