Job Title: System Analyst

Salary: $90,000 to $100,000 (Excluding Superannuation
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.
Analyze and assess existing systems to identify areas of improvement.
System Design and Development:
Develop system specifications, workflows, and functional designs.
Work with development teams to ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions.
Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop test plans and coordinate system testing to ensure functionality.
Identify and resolve system bugs or issues during the testing phase.
Implementation and Support:
Oversee the deployment of new systems and enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
Documentation and Reporting:
Create detailed system documentation, including process flows and technical specifications.
Generate reports and insights for stakeholders on system performance and areas for improvement.
Collaboration and Training:
Work closely with IT teams, developers, and business units to align solutions with organizational goals.
Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
