System Analyst

Work Setting: Onsite – 3x per week
Location: Bear, Delaware (United Sates)
Compensation: $70,000 – $75,000 | Based on experience

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Experience in systems administration is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, Linux experience would be beneficial.
• Experience with Oracle Database and Microsoft SQL Database, including expertise in SQL and PL/SQL (must-have).
• Ability to draft functional and technical specifications.
• Experience in business application administration.
• Strong problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
• Effective time and risk management.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

• Manage and troubleshoot business applications.
• Draft and implement requirements and specifications.
• Perform and document testing for application changes.
• Monitor, report, and resolve application errors.
• Support security and performance improvements.
• Contribute to application roadmap and lifecycle planning.
• Propose and implement application enhancements.
• Meet project goals and adhere to budgets.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Follow department policies and best practices.
• Manage and document risk in line with contractual and licensing requirements.
