Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain OutSystems applications, ensuring high performance, responsiveness, and scalability
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing and deployment
• Lead and mentor a team of offshore developers to deliver the assigned User Stories / tasks
• Ability to perform Code Review and provide technical guidance to junior developers
• Perform integration testing with the relevant stakeholders
• Provide regular updates on task progress / concerns to the Project Manager / Business Analyst

Requirement

• A degree in IT / Computer Science
• At least 3 years of OutSystems development experience
• Able to speak and write well in English for easier communication with the project team and lead a team of offshore developers from Vietnam and Myanmar.
• Passionate, Team Player and willingness to learn.
• Have experience in full SDLC from end to end with a strong database design knowledge.
• Experience in OutSystems DevOps or Tech Lead will be an added advantage.
