Work closely with business users to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements for the system.
Analyze current business processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement.
Design CRM solutions based on business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, and ease of maintenance.
Develop test cases and perform thorough testing to ensure systems meet functional and performance requirements.
Configure CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) to meet specific business needs, customizing workflows, reports, and dashboards as required.
Manage the implementation of CRM solutions, including data migration, user training, and change management activities.
Ensure smooth deployment of CRM updates, patches, and enhancements while minimizing disruption to business operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is typically preferred.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a System Analyst or similar role.
Experienced in implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) projects.
Possesses strong analytical and design thinking skills.
Capable of creating thorough documentation.
Proficient in designing testing scenarios according to the design documents.
Experienced in Agile and Waterfall Project Development Life Cycle (PDLC)
