Responsibilities:

• As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications using .NET Core.
• You will work closely with the team to ensure that the applications meet the client’s requirements and are delivered on time.
• You will also be required to have advanced proficiency in .NET Core and design & build enablement.
• Intermediate proficiency in Build Management, Configuration & Release Management, Kanban, and Structured Query Language (SQL) is recommended.
• Design and develop software applications using .NET Core Collaborate with the team to ensure that the applications meet the client’s requirements.
• Maintain and update existing applications as needed.
• Provide technical support to the team and clients as needed.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure that the code meets the company’s standards.

• As per SA JD + experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) & Java.The candidate must have experience in team leadership and solution design.

• Experience Requirements:
  Minimum 3 years’ experience in designing and maintaining a system of at least 500 man-days (system development effort), with the relevant skill setsin programming and development framework, integration, database, job scheduling and automation, document and content management, workflow management, and reporting.
  Familiar with Batch & online application design concepts & should have experience in handing large volume of data.
  Relevant skill sets:

• Microsoft .NET version 4.5 and above
• C# / VB.NET/ Java programming
• Microsoft SQL Server
• IBM DB2 Mainframe
• IBM Message Broker
• Ascential Datastage

Main Responsibilities / Tasks:

• Manage the team to ensure productivity and ensure effective and quality outputs.
• Manage the welfare of the team members.
• Ensure smooth day to day operations of the team.
• Responsible for the planning of the weekly work plan to ensure efficient productivity.
• Responsible for achieving his/her weekly work plan (targets) through tracking and
• ensure team hits dateline set out for the team.
• Take up ownership and drive through all issues faced by the team, e.g. address issues
• escalated from team members to resolve them in a prompt manner.
• Escalate to Group Lead in a timely manner when issues or problems cannot be resolved.
• Ensure that team members follow the AM(Application Maintenance) processes and perform periodic reviews to ensure consistency.
• Actively observe and highlight to Group Lead areas for improvement in AM processes.
• Provide technical guidance or mentorship to fellow team members.
• Provide timely feedback to team members to assist and develop team members in
• technical and functional specialties.
• Ensure high team morale and efficient/professional work attitude.
• Manage the production application source codes, configuration files, database changes, related documentation, etc for all modules under their charge
