INTRODUCTION

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented System Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing and optimizing our organization’s technology systems to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with a deep understanding of both business processes and technical systems, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role within an IT or business environment.
• Hands-on experience in system analysis, design, and implementation.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of system analysis methodologies and tools.
• Familiarity with system design, database management, and software development life cycles.
• Knowledge of programming languages, databases, and software tools used for system analysis.

• System Analysis and Design
• Analyze existing systems and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Design and recommend new system solutions that align with business needs and goals.
• Develop system documentation, including technical specifications, system architecture, and user manuals.
• System Implementation and Support
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing technology infrastructure.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for systems, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions.
• Work closely with developers to ensure technical requirements are met and solutions are delivered as per specifications.
• Perform system testing, including functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Process Improvement and Optimization
• Identify inefficiencies in current systems and propose process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize system enhancements and improvements based on business needs.
• Ensure system modifications are in line with business objectives and operational goals.
• Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations.
• Organize and facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for system updates or new projects.
• Train and support end-users on system features and best practices.
• Data Analysis and Reporting
• Monitor and analyze system performance and user data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues.
• Generate reports for management, providing insights into system effectiveness and areas for further optimization.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Technology Research and Development
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in systems analysis and development.
• Proactively recommend new tools, technologies, or methodologies that could improve system performance and efficiency.
