Role: System Analyst

• Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions for credit card business projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional business analysts, project managers, architects, application developers, testers, and end-users to ensure effective solution design.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and provide functional guidance on new business setups, such as organization, product, and pricing configurations.
• Support the functional design and solution process, ensuring alignment with business needs and system capabilities.
• Prepare detailed functional solution documents outlining the requirements and design of the system functionalities.
• Guide testers and users through the process of setting up cards parameters for new business configurations.
• Assist in the end-to-end reconciliation process, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all relevant systems and business processes.
• Coordinate and support system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression, and performance testing activities.
• Work closely with TCOE (Testing Center of Excellence) and business users to ensure comprehensive testing and coverage of critical system functions.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting and resolving issues to ensure smooth operational transition.
• Review and validate detailed technical design documents and ensure they meet functional requirements and design specifications.
• Escalate and mitigate risks related to project timelines, processes, or functionality to prevent potential project setbacks.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business users, bridging any gaps in understanding of requirements and solutions

.· Document all traceability of requirements and solutions to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly tracked and recorded for future reference.
