Description:
A 12-months contract assigned to one of our MNC client
Work Location: To be confirmed (during interview)
Salary Range : $5,000-$6,500
Job Description
1. Incident Resolution: Understand incidents reported by users.
2. Analyze the impact, urgency, and severity of each incident.
3. Investigate the underlying causes of incidents, identifying patterns and trends (RCA)
4. Perform SIT on fixture implemented by developer.
5. Guide User to perform UAT. Escalates critical incidents to the appropriate teams and ensures timely resolution based on priority.
6. Document incident details, resolutions, and any workarounds.
7. SR Implementation: Collects SR requirements from users or stakeholders.
8. Work with development teams to design solutions for SRs, ensuring alignment with business needs.
9. Analyst validates SR implementations, ensuring they meet the specified requirements.
10. Provide training and guidance to users on new SR features or changes.
11. System analyst collaborates with development teams to improve incident management processes and enhance SR workflows.
12. Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and better user experiences
