Position: System Data Integration (SDI) Engineer
Location: Brussels, Belgium (Hybrid: 2 days per week in the office)
Languages Required: English + Dutch or French

Must haveTechnical and Soft Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as System Data Integration (SDI) Engineer
• Proficiency in coding for data management and transformation (e.g., Python, GitHub).
• Strong understanding of data formats (e.g., XML, JSON, CSV) and data exchange protocols (e.g., REST, SOAP).
• Knowledge of database management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL) and data transformation processes.
• Experience in the insurance or insurtech sector is a plus!
• Proactive mindset and problem-solver and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and a collaborative mindset
• A team player with initiative, structured organizational skills, and clear communication abilities.

• Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions to support seamless data flow between systems and platforms.
• Work with integration tools (e.g., ETL, API gateways) to configure and manage data interfaces.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement integration requirements.
• Optimize data pipelines to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
