REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Our successful System Engineer will possess the following qualifications and skills:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in system engineering, preferably in a project delivery context.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server operating systems.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of network infrastructures, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Experience working with SQL Server databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and team members effectively.
• The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently.

• Design, implement, and manage complex system architectures for project deliveries.
• Ensure the effective integration of hardware and software systems.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and deliver optimal solutions.
• Perform thorough testing and validation of system performance prior to deployment.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Continuously monitor and improve system performance and reliability.
