Summary
For the business unit “Ground-Based-Systems ISTAR Solutions” we are looking for a “System Engineer (f/m/d)” at Oberkochen or Aalen, Germany as soon as possible.
The “Ground-Based-Systems ISTAR Solutions” department is responsible for the handling of national and international customer projects as well as internal development projects of networked sensor and overall solutions for ground (armoured) vehicles.
Within the projects the system engineer (f/m/d) will work in an interdisciplinary team and be the interface between the business unit “Ground-Based-System” and engineering.
Your Tasks

As a system engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the technical project management for complete networked sensor solutions in armoured vehicles with responsibilities in

• Solution concepts from partial solutions to overarching systems
• Requirement specifications
• System architectures
• Verification and validation acceptance concepts
• Technical documentation
• Support for invitations to tender

Willingness to undertake occasional international business trips

Your Profile

• Successfully completed engineering studies, e.g. system engineering, automotive engineering, software engineering, electrical engineering, or comparable
• Experience in MBSE of Systems-of-System in complex applications
• Initial experience in technical coordination with interdisciplinary development teams is an advantage
• business fluent in German
• Good written and spoken English skills
• High degree of flexibility and stress resistance
