System Lead (S/W Development)

Responsibilities:

• Design systems and workflows to support facilities management operations.
• Able to communicate well in UML and using OOAD. 
• Clarify users’ objectives, write and edit user stories in agile projects. 
• Work with architects and platforms teams to develop platform software.
• Showcase technical designs to management and senior management.
• Work with users to showcase impact and improvements to management and senior management. 

• Drive adoption of relevant, up-to-date technologies, practices and tools in software projects. Guide/mentor fellow developers to improve team efficiency and competency.

Requirements: 

• Highly experienced with Java/JEE, HTML5/CSS3/JQuery/Bootstrap and NodeJS, AugularJS or ReactJs, Hibernate, Javascript, XML & related technologies as well as UML notation tools. 
• Experience with microservices architecture and web-app-database development.
• Experience with development on a public cloud, e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS. 
• Working experience in an agile environment as a product or technical lead. 
• Is a Certified Scrum Master with 2 years experience in a Scrum Master or equivalent software delivery role.
• Able to apply design concepts – microservices, layered architectures, components, interfaces, messaging and patterns. 
• Familiar with Software Change/Configuration Management and Build Processes in a complex environment.  Leading the design, development, implementation of large scale and highly available enterprise wide systems with complex and diverse integration with other applications and systems. 

• Have completed at least 1 full SDLC in software development.5 day week @ AMK area
