QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this position, we expect that you:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Science, or a similar field
- Have +5 years of relevant experience in IT system administration or big interest in and a desire to learn about managing IT systems in an regulated industry.
- Are curious about risk management, user access management, change and release management, archiving and retention, and periodic system evaluation
- Having knowledge and experience in the life science industry, and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) would be an added advantage
- Are fluent in English, both written and spoken
As a person, you have a structured approach to challenges. You enjoy working with documentation and possess a quality mindset. You like to collaborate with stakeholders of different professions, and your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional.
Responsibilities:
- Systematically maintaining documentation to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory frameworks
- Contributing to incident management and systematic problem-solving within an ITIL framework
- Coordinating activities with various stakeholders, managing system maintenance and changes, and offering advice and consultancy to project and automation supporters
- Planning, driving and ensuring systematic periodic reviews are conducted timely
- Drive and report on Life Cycle Management, risk assessments, IT security, patching, user reviews in compliance with relevant requirements
- Contributing to a development of best practices and standards across the area
- Running small projects to ensure that our cross-site IT systems meet production and external requirements
- Managing the expectations of customers, system owners, end-users, quality assurance personnel, and other key stakeholders
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure deliverables and services are by agreement
