Description:
Windows server configuration and support
Experience in configuring and troubleshooting Firewalls, Switches, network routing and WIFI Access Points to maximize network efficiency and security
Maintain and update network equipment to the latest firmware releases
Experience in Office 365, Teams, One Drive and SharePoint support
Cloud experience in Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) would be an added advantage
End-user, computer and software support
Knowledge of SD-WAN technology
Perform IT Help Desk and other IT support activities on-site or remotel
