System Specialist

AXLA LOGISTICS IS SEEKING AN IT PROFESSIONAL EAGER TO FIND GOOD WORKING SOLUTIONS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE REST OF THE STAFF. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN E-COMMERCE SYSTEMS ARE A PLUS, AS WELL AS A WILL AND TRACK RECORD IN HANDLING DIVERSE PROJECTS.

At Axla, we have over 20 years of experience in e-commerce logistics. Our vision is to be at the forefront of 3PL solutions for the Finnish e-com market.
With several key development projects in the pipeline, we are looking for a Systems Specialist with the expertise and drive to contribute to their successful realisation. Axla is a part of Åland Post, but our goal for the future is for Axla to be a strong stand-alone entity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Relevant education and experience in similar roles.
• Strong team player who supports colleagues and customers.
• Understanding of relevant work processes to comprehend system needs.
• Proficiency in Finnish and English; knowledge of Swedish is a significant plus.

• Manage the operation and support of Axla’s key technologies, like Ongoing WMS and AutoStore, in addition to several supporting systems.
• Oversee and coordinate system vendor communication and orders.
• Project management and coordination of development work within existing systems.
• Participate in customer meetings and provide support in integration projects.
• Support superusers and assist in the creation of user manuals.
• Ensure that system documentation is available and up-to-date.
• Provide local IT support for hardware and network infrastructure.
