WE WISH YOU TO HAVE ALL OR AT LEAST SOME OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Microsoft SQL Server, Azure SQL database
• XML, XSL, XPath
• ITIL framework
• File transfer protocols SFTP, FTP
• Azure Cloud Services
• Atlassian – Jira and Confluence

ABOUT THE ROLE

As System Specialist you will be an important part of Group IT and deliver services towards our internal users and customers in the Nordics. You will belong to Group IT Core Services and report to Head of Core Services. Work location can be either at our Helsinki or Stockholm office.

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide internal end-user support as an expert for Sergel Debt Collection and Accounts Receivable system
• Solving Service Request tickets for IT Core Services
• Delivering changes to the Debt Collection platform
• Analyzing business requirements to assess the impact on system change
• Maintaining documentation to a high standard and ensuring governance procedures are followed
