| System Support Analyst
THE POSITION
The Systems Support Analyst is responsible for coordinating and overseeing the Warranty Departments daily systems operations. Our mission is to service American Homeowners looking for home warranty services that will cover the repairs or replacements of their most vital home systems and appliances. Our Warranty division utilizes a Policy and Claims Management System, CRM System, Telephony and WFM Systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects and assignments within the Systems Support department.
- Maintain IT vendor relationships, including policy management system vendor and local network vendor.
- Coordinate new product set up, testing and implementation.
- Audit of live systems after implementation of new products.
- Coordinate new system requirements to prioritize on roadmap.
- Troubleshoot In-house software/hardware problems or install requests.
- Maintain various databases with uploads and downloads.
- Managing IT and Cybersecurity roadmap and mitigation plans
