Hi, my name is Stephan and I’m a team manager. I started my career at DHL IT Services back in 2018 when I took a role as Managing Consultant in the Identity and Access Management team. Gaining more hands-on experience with IAM has always fascinated me, so I moved fast through the company ladder and soon landed in a Service Product Owner role. In 2021, I moved to a management role, being Head of IAM Service Implementation and Delivery.
