Le technologue de système fournira un support technique avancé pour la solution logicielle de sécurité publique dans un environnement dynamique et au rythme rapide et constituera un point d’escalade pour les tickets d’incident complexes.

- Doit avoir des connaissances en matière de support de bureau, de principes fondamentaux de mise en réseau (LAN, WAN, routage et commutation), de matériel téléphonique, de dépannage d’applications logicielles et de diagnostic d’architectures système complexes.
- Doit aimer la recherche et apprendre continuellement.
- Apprécier les dépannages approfondis et la reproduction de problèmes.
- Créer, mettre à jour, gérer et résoudre les tickets d’assistance.
- Habiliter l’équipe via le transfert de connaissances.
- Interfaçage régulier avec les clients par téléphone et via connexion à distance.
- Participation à une rotation de garde requise.
- Ce poste est soumis au travail dans des zones de haute sécurité régies par la « Politique desécurité des services d’information sur la justice pénale (CJIS) » du ministère américain de la Justice et nécessite donc de réussir une vérification plus stricte des antécédents en matière d’empreintes digitales administrée par les clients de Motorola Solutions Inc.
The System Technologist will provide advanced technical support of Public Safety software solution in a fast-paced & dynamic environment and be an escalation point for complex trouble tickets.
Other qualifications, skills, and duties include:
- Must have knowledge of desktop support, networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, routing and switching), telephony hardware, troubleshooting software applications and diagnosing complex system architectures. Must be a diligent researcher and learner.
- Enjoy in-depth troubleshooting and reproducing issues. Create, update, manage, and resolve support tickets.
- Empower team via knowledge transfer.
- Regular interfacing with customers via phone and through remote connection.
- Participation in on-call rotation required.
- This position is subject to working in high security areas governed by the US Department of Justice’s “Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) Security Policy” and therefore requires successfully passing a more stringent fingerprint background check administered by Motorola Solutions Inc. customers
