SKILLS

Must have
Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Relevant or related experience, with understanding of software quality assurance processes.
Good planning, communication, and observation skills.
Problem solving
Ability to create effective test scenarios
Willing to learn new tools and best practices in QA.
Testing experience
Basic programming skills in Python, C++ or a similar language.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, etc.).
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery tools (Github Actions).
If your skill primarily matches one of the two parts of the responsibilities, apply with confidence; the other skillset is trainable.
Nice to have
Knowledge of active learning, semi-supervised learning, and other similar approaches for visual data analysis
Understanding of MLOps best practices
General understanding of DL models development and their deployment process on both embedded platforms such as Nvidia Jetson and various cloud inference solutions
Experience with multi-task model training and semi-supervised DL model training on video data
Proven track record
significant industry experience and/or publications at venues such as ICRA, RSS, IROS, or CVPR

Develop and implement data analysis strategies for field and test data.
Execute end-to-end system validation testing programs.
Improve test methodologies and automation frameworks.
Collaborate with engineering leadership to define product quality metrics.
Ensure data quality and traceability
Communicate technical findings
Identify and mitigate potential product risks based on testing insights.
Manage field testing activities, ensuring timely and accurate data collection
