JOB SUMMARY
As a Systems Administrator (11186), you will be part of a highly skilled technology team. We are calling all tech-savvy professionals with a knack for maintaining and optimizing eCommerce systems! Ensure seamless digital operations by joining our team as an eCommerce Systems Admin.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- +5 years of proven experience in eCommerce systems administration, preferably within a high-volume retail environment.
- Proficiency in Shopify eCommerce Platform Strong technical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and web services.
- Familiarity with database management and SQL.
- Understanding of cybersecurity best practices related to eCommerce platforms.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, critical for issue resolution.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, particularly within a cross-functional eCommerce environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a customer-centric mindset.
- Great communication skills in English (B2+ min).
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform. This includes maintaining robust systems for inventory management, product information management, sales and marketing optimization software, and financial management tools.
- Assist in the integration, modification, and maintenance of technologies, tools, and solutions.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities and risks within the system.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and company assets.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the eCommerce systems.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and privacy regulations.
- Provide technical support to internal stakeholders, assisting with system-related inquiries.
- Support the implementation of new software and system upgrades, ensuring eCommerce compatibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and optimize the user journey.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to maintain and improve the system.
- Create and maintain system documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in eCommerce systems administration.
- Recommend and implement system improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
