Systems Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated Systems Administrator II to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN. This role involves installing and maintaining operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance. The position will operate in a hybrid work model, requiring both on-site and remote work.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
2 to 3 years of experience in an infrastructure support role, ideally in a technical leadership position or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience supporting a multi-location enterprise environment or 2000+ users.
Experience with administrative, maintenance, and troubleshooting functions within a multi-platform, enterprise environment including:
Server and Directory Services
Active Directory, Windows Server, VMware, Exchange, Office365 Suite
SharePoint, Dell Server Platform, Cisco UCS Platform
EMC Data Protection Suite Backup Infrastructure
SCCM, Disaster Recovery
Public and Private Cloud Management (AWS preferred)

SKILLS:

Knowledge of leading industry technologies.
Strong understanding of IT governance, project planning, and the technological alternatives available in a multi-platform environment.
Familiarity with PowerShell or VBScript is a plus.

Evaluate system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware and software compatibility.
Troubleshoot networking and operating system problems.
