We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Administrator in the non-profit industry, based in Pleasantville, New York. The role involves managing and maintaining our organization’s computer systems, including network security, server migration, and cloud technologies.

• Manage and maintain Citrix Technologies to ensure optimal system performance
• Implement and manage Cloud Technologies to facilitate secure data storage and accessibility
• Administer Active Directory, ensuring accurate user access controls and permissions
• Manage Backup Technologies to safeguard the organization’s data
• Maintain computer hardware to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Administer MS Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Windows Server to ensure system stability and performance
• Conduct server migration processes to ensure seamless transitions with minimal downtime
• Implement and maintain network security measures to protect sensitive data
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to operations.
• Demonstrable experience in managing Citrix Technologies
• Proficiency in Cloud Technologies is essential
• Familiarity with Active Directory and its functionalities
• Experience with Backup Technologies and data recovery methods
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and its maintenance
• Proficiency in MS Windows Server 2012 and Microsoft Windows Server
• Experience in Server Migration and its best practices
• Knowledge of Network Security and its protocols
• Prior experience in a non-profit organization is desirable but not mandatory
• Relevant certifications in System Administration will be considered an advantage
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
