Responsibilities:
THE ROLE
As a Systems Administrator, you are supporting multiple business units developing software products for public safety. You support O365 and maintain corporate networks, VPNs, VoIP, desktop computing, VMware, cloud applications and on-premises servers and SANs. You are a highly motivated individual with analytical, and business skills. You will be counted upon to answer a wide variety of questions from across the corporation. You are expected to plan your work, take notes to aid your multitasking, follow change management policies, and document the environments. Occasionally you will provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues or questions with our police customers and their IT staff.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Install, support and test Windows laptops and MacOS MacBooks
- Analyze and troubleshoot desktop and infrastructure questions and issues
- Maintain installation and configuration procedures
- Create instructional documentation
