As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our hardware, software, and network systems. You will provide high-level support to users and ensure our IT systems run smoothly and securely. This role is essential in supporting our manufacturing operations and office environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3-5 years experience in a similar role
• Proficient in maintaining and troubleshooting PCs, software, and network systems.
• Knowledge of server administration, backup systems, firewalls, and security protocols.
• Experience managing telecommunications and VoIP systems.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, virtual environments, and storage management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency in project management.
