Summary: We are seeking a talented Systems Administrator to join Xiaoxiong Trip, a dynamic, fast-growing travel company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to combine your technical expertise with a critical responsibility for managing and optimizing our entire system infrastructure. You’ll ensure our systems operate securely, efficiently, and reliably, helping us continue to deliver exceptional travel services.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar role is preferable.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, server maintenance, and network security.
- Experience in disaster recovery, system backups, and preventive maintenance.
- Knowledge of system security measures and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Database Management:
- Designing and maintaining database architecture, data structures, tables, dictionaries, and naming conventions to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data master files.
- Implementing and administering database documentation, guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Testing database systems and upgrades by debugging, tracking, and resolving issues as per approved quality testing scripts, procedures, and processes.
- System Security & Recovery:
- Performing operational establishment and preventive maintenance of backups and recovery procedures, enforcing security and integrity controls.
- Accepting responsibility for system security, disaster recovery planning, and operational management processes.
- Liaising with security vendors, suppliers, service providers, and external resources; installing and maintaining software security applications while monitoring contractual obligations, performance delivery, and service level agreements.
- Network & Server Management:
- Troubleshooting and providing support in diagnosing, resolving, and repairing server-related hardware and software malfunctions, including workstations and communication infrastructure.
- Ensuring the design of computer sites allows all components to work together properly and monitoring the performance of networks, making necessary adjustments.
- Continually assessing the current computer site to determine future network needs, recommending enhancements for the implementation of future servers and networks.
- Documentation & Policies:
- Preparing and maintaining system documentation, policies, and instructions.
- Recording and detailing operational procedures and system logs.
- System Optimization:
- Planning, developing, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining, and supporting operating systems and associated server hardware, software, and databases, ensuring optimum system integrity, security, backup, and performance.
