REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S. in Computer Science or similar engineering discipline.
• Minimum three years of software development experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in System Lifecycle documentation authoring and execution.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders to obtain system requirements and ad hoc data request requirements.
• Sound software engineering fundamentals.
• Expertise in building web applications from the ground up.
• Expertise in maintaining existing web applications.
• Expertise in .NET development (ASP.NET MVC, C# and/or VB.NET).
• Expertise in Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) configuration and security.
• Expertise in SQL Server development (data normalization, stored procedures, security, etc.)
• Expertise with complex query creation in T-SQL to produce data sets for business users.
• Experience with data interfaces between systems.
• On a rotational basis you will provide 24X7 support via a cell phone and you might be asked to come into the office.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in validation of software systems in a regulated environment.
• Experience with WinForms applications.
• Experience with reporting tools (SQL Server Reporting Services, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience with SVN source code control.
• Experience with other system documentation (e.g., Business Impact Assessments, data privacy assessments, disaster recovery plans and test protocols).
