Technology provides strategic and procedural support in all of AIG’s specialized disciplines, such as policy issuance, premium collection, claims handling, and administration. It enables AIG to deliver business strategies through efficient world-class IT and operations services, while ensuring the necessary IT risk management and security measures are in place.
AIG in Jeffersonville, IN is currently seeking a Systems Analyst to join our team.

• Develop, structure and track project plans across multiple work streams
• Coordinate meetings and activities with various process owners and support groups
• Ensure that risks and issues are identified, tracked, reported and resolved in a timely manner
• Develop Business Requirements
• Defining requirements/solution alternatives
• Documenting requirements
• Process Flow Charting
• Data Mapping
• Able to execute process and documentation related to quality assurance and testing
• Develop and document business requirements for system and/or process changes. Articulate complex projects and status updates in writing to both Business and Technical personnel.
• Able to translate the user/client requirements to development team
• Able to support the necessary tools and applications required by the process owner
• Work with business owners and SMEs to understand the business needs, identify and analyze the source of business/system problems, and recommend viable solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams (developers, testers, business analysts, project managers, and architects) to analyze, plan, design, develop, test, and deliver solutions based on business requirements.
• Provide status updates and reports on team assignments and projects
• Support and manage internal responsibilities for the team related to IT Budget, Compliance and Project time tracking
