Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst (APS5) to support our client in documenting business requirements. This involves capturing of needs and designing and creating document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems.
We are open to locations of Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne for this on-site opportunity.
An AGSVA Baseline clearance is required for this role.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

  • Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of solution documents.
  • Provide support to daily operation and monitor performance of business solutions.
  • Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement .
  • Perform technical application assessments considering risks and benefits.
  • Conduct testing activities such as test coverage reviews, formal or informal test execution and test planning.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues, solve problems, and ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
  • Undertake project quality management tasks such as peer and quality reviews of specification and design documents.
  • Prepare correspondence such as reports and technical documentation for review by senior staff.
  • Support the life cycle of changes and improvements to systems
