SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Systems Analyst Consultant to join our team. This hybrid role combines technical systems analysis with high-quality customer success and support, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and providing exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analysing system functionality, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting end-users with technical guidance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and user experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a methodical and analytical approach to troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with support ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools and SaaS tools, combined with a good understanding of student recruitment and marketing.
• Basic knowledge of scripting or programming languages is a plus.
