EDUCATION

• Bachelor degree or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrated abilities in an instrument service business with profound process and system understanding preferably with SAP solutions
• 2+ years of business analyst, process analyst or similar experience in a service business
• Basic knowledge of CRM and service systems preferable Cloud for Customer or comparable SaaS (could also be user experience)
• Experience with incident and change management processes within an IT service management (ITSM) framework is a plus.

• Ability to tackle for sophisticated business problems – applied analysis, creative thinking, interdependency consideration, developing recommendations for the best path forward
• Curious – doesn’t stop at the easy answer, wants to understand all aspects
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with changing timelines and priorities
• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and become expert in business processes
